My healthy living is off to a decent start (at least I think so). For lunch yesterday I had a 6" Subway Roasted Chicken sub on whole wheat, no cheese, no dressing, only toppings were lettuce, tomatoes and onions. For dinner, my mom was going to grill some chicken breasts but they weren't defrosted yet so I had a leftover sausage (just one though, and not on a bun or anything) along with a salad and balsamic vinegar. Today for lunch I had a bowl of soup with some crackers. No pop in the last two days. I should probably start having something for breakfast (other than coffee) to kind of dull the hunger pains.

Haven't actually gotten around to excercising or anything, though I did walk 20 minutes there and back for lunch yesterday. Today I stayed home from work to watch my nephew since my mom had a migraine and my sister couldn't take a day off, so I've been walking back and forth to school to pick him up and drop him off. Its not alot, but its something I guess.

I should really get a scale, not so I can obssessively track every pound I lose (assuming I lose any) but just so I have some sort of frame of reference.
