Haven't mentioned how my weight loss is going. So far, in about a month and a half, I've lost 16 pounds. I don't feel any different, nor do I notice any visible difference either. I've kind of reached a plateau though, mostly because I haven't actually been exercising. I keep saying to myself that this is the week I'm going to start walking an hour every day...but that always turns into I'll start tommorrow, etc.
