Was supposed to go camping this Victoria Day weekend, but ended up bailing at the last moment for a very important reason - going with my family to check out cottages! Yes, we somehow convinced my dad that it would be a good investment and good for our family and he agreed. So Sunday we went to see 3 up around Beaverton, then Monday we went to see another one around Peterborough. Only problem is I think we kind of underestimated what kind of property we could get for the price we were looking at. The cottages we saw were decent enough, but the size of the lots sucked. So we'll probably have to look to spend a bit more.

Its kind of disappointing, yet at the same time I'm just glad that the rest of my family seems as interested in this as I am.
