Lest anyone think my 'march to the playoffs' thing is for real, as fun as it is to dream I do not actually believe the Dolphins will make the playoffs. Though it would make for one hell of a story if they could win their final 9 games to make it wouldn't it?
The Colts finally lost. Hoo-ray, celebrate another year '72 Dolphins. It really amazes me though, every year as a team gets to 7 or 8 or 9 games without a loss all the TV talking heads start debating that that team could be the one to have another perfect season like its not really that out of the question. Apparently everyone seems to completely discount the fact that its only ever been done ONCE. All the great teams: the 49ers, Cowboys, Steelers, none of them could ever go undefeated and yet the debate comes every season. When a team gets to 15-0 then you can talk about it, but until that point just leave it be.
Who would have ever thought the 49ers would be one game out of the lead in the NFC West, with the tiebreaker? I've always liked the 49ers, probably because my uncle used to live just outside San Francisco and he was a fan. It would be nice to see them finally return to respectability, because its just sad to see the team of Walsh and Montana, Rice and Young and all those other greats continue to wallow in the basement of the NFL. Plus, how can you not like a coach who actually fought to be able to wear a suit on the sidelines? That's what a coach should look like, not like some dirty bum in a old garbagey hoodie (*cough*Belichek*cough*).
poor pathetic me
me, blabbering on about whatever I want since there's no one to stop me
